    1. We do not share your personal data with any recipient outside the operator's organization, unless one of the following circumstances occurs:

        The list of subcontractors may change from time to time if we change or remove some of the above-mentioned subcontractors and/or start cooperating with new ones in providing the Website.

    1. We store your personal data only to the extent permitted by law and for the purposes for which they were collected. Unless the deletion of your data is against the law or we need them in accordance with our legitimate business interests (e.g., to prevent fraud and increase the security and protection of users), your data will be deleted from our storages and systems (i) with respect to the processing of your personal data for the purpose set out in part 3.1.2 of this Privacy Policy, within three years of their receipt, (ii) in other cases, ten years after the termination of our cooperation.

    1. Right of access - We offer you access to your personal data that we process. This means that you can contact us and ask us to confirm whether your personal data are being processed or not, and if so, you have the right to request access to your data which we will provide you with in the form of the so-called “register” (in particular, the purpose, the category of personal data, the category of recipients of personal data, the retention period or the criteria for determining the retention period).

    3. Right of deletion - You may also ask us to delete your personal data from our systems. We will accept such requests unless we have the legal authority not to delete your personal data.

Measures include possible encryption, firewalls, secured devices and access rights systems.
